The Benicia Autism Support Group was created by a small group of parents with children on the spectrum, out of a desire to create a more supportive environment in the City of Benicia for those with an ASD. As parents, we feel there is very little communication, resource information sharing and school support for our children. … The only requirement for attending this group is that you are an Adult (18+) with Asperger Syndrome (or another condition nearby on the ASD spectrum like HFA, PDD-NOS, NVLD, or other forms of autism) and you won't disrupt the meeting.
