Seems like we could help eachother avoid the IEP pitfalls, find better resources and possibly create lasting friendships for our children as well as ourselves. As great as our families and friends are, they aren't in our shoes... Heck, sometimes it's a problem trying to …

Join others in the East Bay Area thriving on a GFCF diet - Gluten Free and Casein Free (gluten = wheat and casein = dairy). It can be challenging to adhere to this diet long term. I love the way it makes me feel and I love the fact that my son will soon "lose his Autism diagnosis" because of this diet (and other interventions). Join me and others as we share our special diet journey, compare notes, swap recipes and tips and learn how to thrive daily on a GFCF diet.
