Purpose- To provide friendship, support, and fun to high-functioning adults in the Las Vegas/Henderson area who have Asperger's Syndrome (or are on the Autism Spectrum), ADD, or other learning disabilities. Beer, Wine & Charity was started to communicate all the FUN and Exciting events that local charity New Vista is hosting to raise funds and awareness for adults & youth with intellectual challenges. Each year New Vista hosts the Brew's Best, Hand-Crafted Beer Festival in March & November and the Wine Walk Series in April, May, September and October in Southern Nevada! Who Should Join? Anyone that loves great beer, wine and supporting their local community!
Spectrum playgroup is for children of all ages with special needs. Siblings and typical peers are welcome as well! It's designed to give kids a chance to play together and develop friendships. Our activities will include park playdates, bike rides, movie nights, Chuck E Cheese, bowling, swimming, playdates hosted by parents, and any fun events you would like to add.
